I uses the baby acting as me and that lady acting as my mother. It is a cot at the side, it shows that my mother is going to let me to sleep on it. I uses warm colour for the bedsheet to show that my mother wil take care of me for any slight details, including the colour of my bedsheet. I uses wood for the cot to show that my mother wants me to taste bitter, not sweet in order to let me grow independently. The picture shows that my mother's lips is on my head, show the gentle and tender care my mother gave me. She held me gently but warmly in her arms, seems to be protecting me from any other danger. I also uses a slight tinge of green on the background, to show the world seems beautiful with my mum. I specially made my mother carry the baby instead of putting the baby in the cot, because i want to show the importance of my mother, without her, the baby would drop on the floor and the painting will be incomplete.

- My painting is about the plant that needs the sun to grow healthily, and entrancingly. Then, the plant which represents me, is thinking about two different things in two different bubbles. One is about my mother being an angel. The black background symbolizes darkness and the stars with the angel lit up the darkness. The other bubble, have two hearts and one girl inside. The girl would substitute me and the hearts are connected, with an arrow. Like the hearts between my mother and I. This painting portray my mother as the light that guides me down my life, and she is prerequisite.

You've loved your family from the very start
What you and dad have created cannot be torn apart
You've always been there whenever I needed
You've make me feel special by the way I am treated
You are the one that gave life to me
You are my mother and I am glad
If you are not by my side

-- Why I painted the background in this way because the mountain represents the quote "your love is like an island", the ocean represents the quote "in life's ocean, vast and wide". From the painting at the extreme right side, there's a few circles. The top circle consists of a compass, with the North by Hope, South by Tender Counsel, West by Patience and East by Rest. The second circle consist of a colour blended sun shine, trying to tell that she shines Faith, Truth and Prayer, and brought sense to my life. Lastly, there is a lady standing in the middle of the painting, which is the mother, with a sweet smile that brighten any moment of one. Tribute to Mothers ♥
